Organise the Home Report
To market your home, a Home Report is a legal requirement. This process will take about a week to create. This must be carried out by a chartered surveyor and they will make a home visit to inspect the property. We can put you in touch with one of our approved chartered surveyors, whose report will be accessible to most mortgage leaders. If you have one already, send us a copy and we will be able to use it.
Get viewing feedback
Feedback is just as vital as the viewing, can we make any improvements for the next viewing? Will it lead to an offer? We will call the day after your viewing and get this back to you as soon as possible.
Create sale details
We will create a set of attractive and well presented details that you are happy with. We welcome your input into creating these. After all, you live here and know its best points!

Advertise on Zoopla
We advertise on one of the county’s most popular property websites Zoopla. Your property will also feature on the Zoopla’s affiliate websites such as prime location and many others as well. 95% of property searches begin online.
Manage the sale through to completion
Getting an acceptable offer is half the battle! We will guide the sale to completion and keep you updated on the way.
Erect Sale Board
This can be put up at your home in a few days from being ordered. You don’t have to, but it is still an effective form of advertising.
